Introduction. My name is Kim. My undergrad degrees are in reading education and business administration. My graduate degree included 18 hours in nonprofit management, adult learning, and psychology. My doctoral degree is instructional design. I have directed a preschool day treatment program, a nationally accredited early learning nonprofit, and coached teachers to support their professional development. I have offered training sessions, and been published in national trade journals. I am 68 years old and retired. I volunteer as a foster for the local animal shelter and serve as a guardian ad litem. My hobbies include reading and baking.
